Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Casa Lush purchase! That's why we gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

  • Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

 

Our Return Policy

As a small business, we're proud to offer free shipping on all our items. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible for you.

To keep things simple, we ask that you cover the cost of returns. If you need to send an item back, here's how it works:

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please reach out to us via email or our "Contact Us" page. This allows us to confirm your return and provide you with the necessary instructions.

  2. Two Return Options:

    • We can send you a label: We can provide a return label, and a flat $35 fee will be deducted from your total refund.

    • You ship it yourself: You're also welcome to use your own preferred courier. If you choose this option, you'll receive a full refund for your order once we receive the item. 

Please pack the item exactly as you received it to ensure it arrives safely.
