Welcome to Casa Lush! We are a small, Australian-owned business based in Western Australia, specializing in unique lighting and home decor. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Products

We are proud to offer a curated selection of table lamps, lampshades, and other unique pieces. All of our pieces are designed in Australia and are crafted with a focus on creativity, vibrant colors, and distinctive shapes.

2. Product Representation

We make every effort to ensure the product images on our website are a "true to color" representation. However, please be aware that colors may appear differently on various screens and under different lighting conditions. We recommend checking our Instagram photos and stories for additional views to help you make your decision.

3. Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Exception for Remote Areas: If your delivery address is in a very isolated or remote area, such as an island, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to request that you cover the additional shipping costs.

4. Returns and Refunds

As a small business, we are unable to offer free returns. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate the Return: You must first notify us by email or through our "Contact Us" page to organize a return.

2. Return Options:

   • Option A (Organized by Casa Lush): We can provide a return label, and a $35 return fee will be deducted from your total refund.

   • Option B (Customer Arranged): You may use your own preferred courier to send the item back. Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund for your order.

All returns must be in their original condition.
