Delivery Information
All your Casa Lush orders are shipped directly from Perth, Western Australia.
Processing Time
Our processing times vary depending on the type of product:

Handmade to Order Lampshades: These unique pieces can take up to 7 business days to be crafted and prepared for shipping.

Ready-to-Go Lampshades and Table Lamps: These items are shipped much faster, typically within 2-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, here's what you can generally expect for delivery within Australia:

Urban Areas: 4-7 business days

Rural Areas: 10-12 business days
While we always do our best to meet these estimates, please understand that actual delivery times can vary. This will depend on the transit times of Australia Post or our chosen courier.
Shipping Costs
We're proud to offer free shipping on all our items!
However, for very remote or isolated areas of Australia (like some islands), shipping can become prohibitively expensive. In these rare cases, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or contact you to discuss an additional shipping cost. If you're unsure if this applies to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
As a small business, we're proud to offer free shipping on all our items. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible for you.
To keep things simple, we ask that you cover the cost of returns. If you need to send an item back, here's how it works:

Contact Us First: Before sending anything back, please reach out to us via email or our "Contact Us" page. This allows us to confirm your return and provide you with the necessary instructions.

Two Return Options:

We can send you a label: We can provide a return label, and a flat $35 fee will be deducted from your total refund.

You ship it yourself: You're also welcome to use your own preferred courier. If you choose this option, you'll receive a full refund for your order once we receive the item.

Please pack the item exactly as you received it to ensure it arrives safely.

Custom Orders
Unfortunately, at this time, we aren't able to take custom orders. We hope you'll find something you love within our existing collection!
Item Colours
We strive for our website images to be as 'true to colour' as possible, meaning the colours you see are generally how they appear in person.
